When did you get your start at bartending?

I started out doing promos for brands like Bacardi and Grey Goose. Through that I met a lot of people in the bar industry. I told one of my friends that I wanted to learn how she bartend and I started off on Saturday nights at Aqua and ended up at Steel and Innisfree.

How long have you been bartending?

I have been happily dishing out hangovers for 2.5 years. 

What are some tips on getting your attention for a drink when the bar is crowded?

Smile, be patient and have your drink order and money ready. We actually are tying to serve you as fast as we can. 

What's your signature drink?

I don't really have a signature cocktail, but I love trying out new recipes with Absolute Orient Apple. 

Favorite shot?

It would have to be and Irish Car Bomb or any flavored vodka that's been chilled.
